Includes the in-home medical evaluation, IV placement, up to 1 liter of Normal Saline or Lactated Ringer’s, supplies, administration, and monitoring.
IV hydration is provided when clinically appropriate.

As a thank you to those who serve our communities and our country, MobileMED offers a $20 discount on the standard $200 self-pay in-home visit for veterans, active-duty military, and first responders.
Discount applies to qualifying self-pay visits only. Insurance or government health plan reimbursement is not guaranteed. MobileMED is not currently a TRICARE-authorized provider.
Do you accept insurance?
Medicare enrollment is currently pending. At this time, MobileMED is accepting self-pay patients with commercial insurance or no insurance. We do not bill commercial insurance, but a superbill may be provided when appropriate for patients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance plan.
MobileMED is not currently a TRICARE-authorized provider. TRICARE has advised us that charges for services provided by MobileMED will not be reimbursed by TRICARE. TRICARE beneficiaries who choose to receive care from MobileMED should expect to pay the self-pay rate without TRICARE reimbursement.
TRICARE For Life is coordinated through Medicare. MobileMED’s Medicare enrollment is currently pending, so we are not accepting TRICARE For Life at this time.
MobileMED is also not currently accepting Medicaid or other government-sponsored health plans.
